Prize Draw Rules – GluX Christmas Prize Draw

1.What this document covers

These rules set out the conditions of participation in, and the running of, the promotional prize draw (the Organiser) announced on the GluX Facebook and Instagram pages by LCDeal Kft. (the Game). By taking part in the Game, the player accepts the provisions of these rules.

2.Conditions of participation

Only a natural person with legal capacity who is at least 18 years old and has a residence or place of stay in Hungary (the Player) may take part in the Game.

A Player may take part with at most 1 valid entry (comment) per platform. If the Player takes part validly on both platforms, they will have a total of 2 valid entries, which means a double chance of winning .

3.The duration of the Game and the draw

The duration of the Game (the start and end times) is shown in the prize draw post. The time of the draw: 19 December 2025 (Hungarian time).

The winners are selected by a random draw, on a comment-picker / draw basis.

4.The prize

In total 3 winners are drawn in the Game.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to anyone else or swapped.

5.Notifying the winners

The winner or winners are notified under the prize draw post and in a private message (on Facebook and/or Instagram). The data needed to receive the prize: name, a Hungarian delivery address, phone number.

6.Confirming details, deadlines

After being notified, the winner or winners must provide the data requested by the Organiser within a reasonable deadline. If the winner does not respond to the approach or does not provide the data, the Organiser is entitled to refuse to hand over the prize, and to redraw the prize or dispose of it otherwise under the rules of the campaign.

7.Handing over and providing the prize

The physical items (CGM sensor, cover patches) are delivered to a Hungarian address. The GluX Kontroll service is provided digitally, following the process set out by the Organiser.

8.Exclusion

The Organiser is entitled to exclude entries that do not comply with these rules or with the post, or that contain unlawful, offensive, obscene or advertising content, or content contrary to the spirit of the Game.

The Organiser may also exclude persons taking part with false data or false profiles, or behaving in a way that unfairly increases their chance of winning.

9.Taxes and costs

Any tax liability linked to the prize is borne by the Organiser. The cost of delivering the prize is borne by the Organiser; any other costs that may arise are borne by the Player.

10.Data processing

Taking part in the Game is voluntary. For the purpose of running the Game, the Organiser may process the Player's data available on Facebook/Instagram (e.g. displayed name, username/identifier), and, if they win, the data needed to hand over the prize (name, address, phone number).

11.Exclusion of liability

The Organiser excludes liability for technical faults or delays affecting participation in the Game, and for problems arising from the operation of the Facebook/Instagram/Meta platform.

12.Meta / Facebook / Instagram statement

The Game is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organised by Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook or Instagram, and is not associated with them. Data is provided to the Organiser, not to Meta.

13.Miscellaneous provisions

The Organiser reserves the right to amend these rules where justified, and will give information about it with the same publicity as the prize draw communication. This promotional game does not fall under Hungarian Act XXXIV of 1991 on the organisation of gambling.
