Subscription terms

1. General provisions

These "Subscription terms" apply to subscription (recurring) product orders available in the gluxshop.hu web store. The document is an inseparable part of the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy .

2. The nature of the subscription and how it works

  • The selected product is dispatched at regular intervals (typically monthly).
  • The fee is charged on a recurring basis (e.g. bank card or payment link).
  • Activation during purchase: Subscribe / Monthly subscription.

3. Payment conditions

  • By activating the subscription the Buyer expressly consents to the recurring charge.
  • The subscription fee is the gross price shown in the web store (with VAT). Shipping is charged depending on the method chosen.
  • We send an email notification of any price change at least 14 days in advance .
  • Payment is made through certified providers (e.g. Stripe, Barion, PayPal); we do not store card details.

4. Delivery and performance

  • Dispatch follows the subscription schedule (e.g. once a month).
  • Delivery methods and charges are as set out in the Shipping information .
  • A change of address can be requested from customer service or – where available – within your account.

5. Cancellation, pausing, changes

  • The subscription covers at least 3 deliveries (cycles); after that, cancellation can be requested at any time by email: ugyfelszolgalat@gluxshop.hu.
  • To take effect before the next cycle, please let us know at least 5 days before the planned charge.
  • A cycle already started or invoiced counts as performed.

6. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Right of withdrawal: for the first subscription order the Buyer has a 14-day right of withdrawal (Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.)).

Withdrawal cannot be exercised :

  • for an opened or used product, or one that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g. a sensor or a patch),
  • for the dispatch of a subscription cycle already started.

A refund can only be claimed for the first, unused order, through customer service.

7. Data processing and security

Data is processed in accordance with the GluX Privacy Policy ; the data is transferred for fulfilment and to the payment provider.

9. Final provisions

Glux Solutions Kft. reserves the right to amend these terms; we send an email about any changes. By activating the subscription the Buyer declares that they have read, understood and accepted the terms.
