Subscription terms

By taking out the subscription, the buyer accepts the conditions below and the way the automatically renewing subscription works.

1. The nature of the subscription
The subscription is a recurring, automatically renewing service. An automatic card charge is made at the start of every billing cycle.
2. When the subscription starts
The subscription starts when the selected subscription product is added to the basket and paid for successfully.
3. Billing cycle and payment
The length of the cycle is shown on the product page. The charge is made automatically on the first day of every cycle. If a payment fails, the subscription is suspended.
4. Delivery
Processing and delivery of the next parcel starts after a successful payment.
5. Cancellation
The subscription can be cancelled at any time by email or in the online management interface, with no minimum term. A cycle already paid for is not refundable.
6. Changes
What can be changed: addresses, payment method, certain parameters of the package. Changes are available in the subscription management interface.
7. Price changes
The subscription fee may change. We notify the buyer by email at least 14 days in advance.
8. Data processing
We process data in accordance with the GluX privacy policy. We do not process health data for the subscription.
9. Automatic renewal
By making the payment, the buyer expressly acknowledges that the subscription renews automatically and that a fee is charged in every cycle.
